Move to Southern Connecticut

A few years ago, I lost sleep many countless nights because I was told by another unnamed agent that there is no way my house would sell to wash out my mortgage and break even. I was told that I was better off "renting it out to college students" to break even on my payment. I felt stuck in a home that was not conducive to raising my little girl and felt hopeless for the next two years. Once my daughter became almost of school age, I decided to try again to see what my options were to relocate to a better area of schooling for my child. I was again told nothing but negative responsesby the same unnamed agent and that I would have to convert back some of the bedrooms in my home as they were before the seller had sold them to me. This was without the agent even coming to look at my home!! I am SO glad that I did not give up, and reached out to my mortgage broker and attorney friends who then referred me to The Lage Team. They welcomed myself and my daughter with open arms and told me that my house was perfect AS-IS, and that I would likely gain a PROFIT on my home. Well, sure enough, after days of being on the market, 7 to be exact, (between Christmas and New Years, more specifially!) my house was under CONTRACT for ABOVE our asking price! I am still in shock that this all happened and that I actually sold my home and made a really great profit on the home to be able to put down on our next home! Had I not met these wonderful agents, I would still be stuck with many sleepless nights worrying about where my daughter would be going to school or growing up. I can't thank these agents, and most specifically Steven Lage, enough for the patience they displayed for every single aspect of the transaction and courtesy they gave my daughter and I every step of the way. ??

Gloria and Steven are absolutely the best. Gloria spent all her time setting up appointments and taking us out to see different houses until we found one. What I appreciated the most was that they were always quick to respond whenever we had questions. They kept communication with us throughout the entire process; both are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

I have met Gloria Lage since 1999 while selling my house in Bridgeport. We quickly become friends because her professionalism and knowlge of the industry. What at times can be a very frustrating & nerve wrecking process in finding the right home. Steven always went the extra mile to put us at ease. He was patient in our search and once we decided on the home he was always there through the mortgage process and closing of the purchase always making himself available to answer any questions we had. Where do I even start . If you looking for a friendly and knowledgeable person Andrew is the guy . His punctual and work delingently to help you get your ideal home . Any time I had any questions or regards he was always just a phone call\text message away . Even though my schedule was a little rough Andrew always work around my schedule to make sure he schedule enough homes that meet my criteria. Through his patience and focus on getting my family a place that we can call home . Eventually he did just that after looking in Bridgeport, Stratford, Stanford we ended up buying our first home in the city of Milford. Awesome agent! I met Michael in finding my current apartment and he was very instrumental in expediting the process without much stress on my part. Steve and Gloria Lage were an absolute joy to work with. They had listed our condo for us, and in a matter of four days, our condo was sold!!
